I would like the colors, their shapes, and positions to be arrived at in response to and dictated by the condition of the total space at the time they are considered. A premeditated scheme or system is out of the question.

Search for a [strikethrough] right kind of [/strikethrough] mutation [strikethrough] that follows sensibly [/strikethrough] in a sequence [strikethrough] of moves [/strikethrough] that is sensible, inevitable, perhaps predictable. One is enough.

The mutation too is sensible and inevitable but it is so in violation of the system of forces that called it up.
