There seems to be an optimum moment when this power is at its greatest [strikethrough] but before [/strikethrough] which [strikethrough] is [/strikethrough] just [strikethrough] before [/strikethrough] precedes the point where “elicit” is no longer [strikethrough] an [/strikethrough] apt [strikethrough] word [/strikethrough] usage. “Dictate” [strikethrough] covers [/strikethrough] is the word for this condition and tyranny is the adversary.
