Description
While this painting has been exhibited only as Landscape #3, the artist recorded it as Cityscape #2 in a ledger of his work that he constructed with his wife, Phyllis, from 1985 to 1988. They were assisted in this effort by Linda Birke and the Diebenkorns thereafter referred to the ledger as "Linda's List." See Richard Diebenkorn: The Catalogue Raisonné, Vol. 1 for more information.
